Delivery Policy

Your money is refunded if your order is not picked up 5 days after it is confirmed.  We have 48 hours to communicate your order to your order recepient.  Please make sure the phone number provided is current and working.  Our 48 ours starts after your payment is confirmed. All products can be picked up from the specified store location.  Please NOTE that unless the product is NOT available, stated products can not be exchanged for cash.  Changes in pickup locations can only be communicated via Sadza.com and only after payment is confirmed. If you do not select a pick up location your order will be shipped to the main OK Branch in the city of your addressee.  If you have any questions please cocntact sales@sadza.com
